Paint Technician

The Paint position is responsible for pressure washing, sand blasting, and prepping units for paint. This person possesses strong attention to detail to ensure Sunbelt Solomon's remanufacturing standards and customer needs are met.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Sandblasting and taping of all non-paintable items.
• Moving materials in/out of the wash booth, paint booth, and sandblasting booth.
• Logging all hours using the MOM system.
• Support monthly operations goals.
• Complete production/output levels for the day/week.
• Ability to safely operate equipment such as a hoist and forklift.

• HS Diploma, required.
• Cooperative attitude towards all internal and external customers.
• Help team members resolve questions and help with the workload.
• A dependable and strong work-ethic; works safely.
• Professional language and conduct at all times.
