Position Details:

As the Data Coordinator, you will assist with the management of databases, perform data quality control, develop tracking systems and reports, support senior staff in data preprocessing and analyses, and collaborate with outlining academic literature. You will cooperate in the preparation of data reports and presentations for the Development Team who will gather grant reports and funding opportunities, and stakeholders and community members.

Reporting to the Data Strategy Manager, this is a full-time, non-exempt, hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote) position.

You Will:

  • Formatting, designing, and building online assessments in multiple platforms including REDCap and Microsoft Forms.
  • Validating data, storing documents, updating records, preparing reports, helping staff with data entry tasks, and data auditing.
  • Reviewing research protocols and related documentation for appropriate data management.
  • Tracking program activities and outcomes of individuals and institutions served. * Support developing and implementing new research initiatives across teams.
  • Collaborate with data analyses and result interpretation.* Conduct and summarize scientific literature review.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Neuroscience, Engineering, or other related scientific fields
  • 1 years of experience working in a school, community, nonprofit, clinical, or research setting.
  • Proficiency in REDCap or related tools and Microsoft Suite.

Pay Range

The salary range for the position is posted. Factors such as candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations affect the salary offered within this range. In addition, this salary may be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state and depending on the role), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
