We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Planning, Business Management and Operations Leader to join our Community Pharmacy team. This role is critical in actively driving and executing strategy, enabling transformation, oversight of business planning processes, and ensuring alignment with the pharmacy business goals and priorities. This individual will provide strategic, high-level oversight and serve as a unifying connector within the Community Pharmacy ecosystem across PharmScript, Genoa, and beyond. Near-term focus will be on strengthening the oversight and management of the recently acquired Pharmscript business to achieve its business plan, financial commitments, and transaction strategic rationale. Longer-term focus will be solidifying the operational model and practices to endure ongoing organic growth and additional planned acquisition expansion across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, transformation, and operational leadership, with a proven track record of managing complex and scaled initiatives within the complex matrix environment. Collaboration with the Community Pharmacy CEO and combined Genoa and PharmScript leadership team, PharmScript President and overall OptumRx leadership including matrix partners to influence operational vision and strategy for the business will be necessary. This role will report direct to the Community Pharmacy (Genoa & PharmScript) CEO and work closely with the PharmScript President. If you are located in the Eastern Time Zone (EST), you will have the flexibility to telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges. The salary for this role will range from $196,600 to $337,100 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
