The hiring range for this role is: 93,711.15 - 141,005.46
This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range and this hiring range may also be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.

The role is responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, and daily administration of BCBSA's corporate voice infrastructure, including SIP services and voicemail. This role also oversees all unified collaboration (UC) technologies, such as conference room audio/video (AV) solutions, cloud-based conferencing solutions, digital signage hardware, and hybrid collaboration technology solutions. Responsibilities include performance monitoring of UC/AV systems and coordinating onsite and offsite meetings and events.
- Strategic Planning and Optimization of UC/AV Systems.
- Leads the planning, design, and performance optimization of enterprise voice and unified collaboration (UC)/audio-visual (AV) systems to support hybrid work environments and ensure high availability, scalability, and user satisfaction
- Operational Oversight and Vendor Coordination.
- Manages the daily operations of BCBSA's voice and UC/AV infrastructure, including incident resolution, system upgrades, and coordination with internal teams and third-party vendors to maintain service continuity.
- Technology Leadership in Collaboration Spaces.
- Oversees the implementation and lifecycle management of collaboration technologies such as conference room AV, digital signage, and wayfinding systems, ensuring they meet evolving business and hybrid collaboration needs.
- Policy and Procedure Development.
- Develops, documents, and enforces operational standards, governance policies, and best practices for UC/AV technologies to ensure compliance, consistency, and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Cross-Functional Project Leadership.
- Serves as a subject matter expert and project lead on enterprise-wide initiatives involving collaboration technologies, contributing to strategic planning, budgeting, and long-term technology roadmaps.

- Qualifications
Education
- Required Bachelor's Degree ; or equivalent experience
- Experience
- 5+ Years in IT including providing highly visible support to key stakeholders. Required
- Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Solid understanding of the overall Information Technology environment.
Ability to learn and adapt to the latest communications technologies. Proficient in UC/AV operations, management, and troubleshooting including matrix audio and video switching, and microphone systems.
