Position Summary Modular Assemblers are the backbone of RK's off-site construction excellence. You'll be responsible for assembling components such as conduit, insulation, sheet metal, and structural framing, ensuring every build meets exact specifications and safety standards. This role offers a clear path for growth-whether you're just starting out or bringing years of experience. You'll work with cutting-edge tools, collaborate with a skilled team, and contribute to projects that are redefining how buildings are constructed. Responsibilities Interpret blueprints, assembly instructions, and cut lists. Gather tools, materials, and subassemblies for each job. Assemble components using hand and power tools. Perform quality checks and document compliance. Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other shop equipment. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Troubleshoot equipment and perform preventive maintenance. Support training of new employees and continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications Assembler 1 Basic mechanical aptitude and tool knowledge. Ability to read tape measure and follow instructions. Entry-level understanding of modular components. Assembler 2 3-5 years of modular or fabrication experience. Proficient in conduit, insulation, and sheet metal assembly. Intermediate blueprint reading and layout skills. Ability to mentor entry-level assemblers. Assembler 3 5+ years of modular fabrication and assembly experience. Advanced skills in layout, fitting, and component integration. Strong blueprint interpretation and material planning. Leads and mentors up to 5 Assemblers. Physical Requirements Work in indoor/outdoor environments, including dusty or noisy areas. Climb, balance, squat, kneel, and crouch. Lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs. Work in all types of weather and confined spaces. Why RK?
