Job Description
Koinonia Community Solutions - 610 Old Tar Village Rd. Ste B Winterville, NC 28590 - is currently seeking a Housing Program Intern.

Provides support for implementation, logistics, and development of housing initiatives including referrals, cohorts, evaluation, and proposal research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support housing intake tracking and referral workflows
  • Assist with preparation of housing cohort materials and logistics
  • Maintain records and digital systems for housing programs
  • Help with landlord and partner communication as directed
  • Conduct research on housing trends, local needs, and funding opportunities
  • Support grant proposal development and implementation planning


Learning Objectives:

  • Understand housing stability and readiness pathways in nonprofit practice
  • Gain hands-on experience in program logistics and partner coordination
  • Learn the basics of program research, grant planning, and proposal development
  • Strengthen administrative and data handling skills within the housing services context

Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)
