GENERAL FUNCTION:

  • Lead the product training and client migration strategy across the Commercial Payments organization.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of product trainers and implementation specialists.
  • Design and deliver scalable training programs for internal teams and clients, leveraging modern learning tools and platforms.
  • Oversee large-scale client product migrations, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, operations, and technology teams to align training and migration efforts with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain training content, playbooks, and certification programs.
  • Use data and feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness and migration outcomes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • 5 - 7+ years of experience in product training, client onboarding, or implementation within financial services or payments.
  • Proven success in leading client migrations and product rollouts in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing distributed teams.
  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methods.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with payment systems, APIs, and digital onboarding tools.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, LMS platforms, and project management software (e.g., Salesforce, JIRA, Asana).

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for providing employees timely, candid and constructive performance feedback; developing employees to their fullest potential and provide challenging opportunities that enhance employee career growth; developing the appropriate talent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning; recognizing and rewarding employees for accomplishments.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor' s degree in marketing, finance or business; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years experience in financial services product management.
  • Tenure with a large multi-regional bank or financial institution.
  • Experience in managing a team of professionals preferred.
  • Recognized ability to interact with executive and senior management at headquarters and in the field (our Affiliate Bank structure) with a professional demeanor and presence .
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate and sell ideas influence in throughout a large organization ion.
  • Working know ledge of the related areas of finance, information technology, risk management, legal, compliance, education, Internet banking, call center sales and marketing.
  • Willingness to be * hands on* and act as individual project manager whenever necessary.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Normal office environment with little exposure to dust, noise, temperature and the like.
  • Some travel may be required.
  • Extended viewing of CRT screen.
