Here's what you will be doing In tight collaboration across the society, curate membership benefits that drive growth and member retention against membership goals. KPIs include member acquisition, 1st year retention, and overall renewal rates. Strategically this role will focus on how we position our member benefits and the right cadence to surface benefits based on previous member behavior, lifecycle, career focus and life stage. This role is based in our Washington, DC office. ACS Communications/Marketing employees work a hybrid schedule, consisting of working onsite two days (Tue/Wed) per work week, as decided by functional area. The balance of the week is open to working remotely, though employees are always welcome onsite each day if they choose. A reasonable rate of compensation for this position is between $98,000-105,000 annually. ACS currently provides the following benefits for this position: paid vacation leave, paid sick leave, paid holidays, health insurance, flexible spending account or health care savings account, dental insurance, life insurance, vision insurance, retirement benefits, short- and long-term disability, and 4-week work from anywhere; each benefit is subject to the terms of the applicable program. 3 - 5 years: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or related fields and 3-5 years of related experience. Project management experience preferred. Must have knowledge of current and emerging marketing practices and principles. Ability to organize and carry out integrated marketing plans. Excellent writing and communication skills, ability to work within a team environment, and attention to detail required. Skilled in PM tools, Eloqua, CRM, Adobe Analytics, and presentations.
