SENIOR BENEFITS ANALYST
SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN - WORLD HEADQUARTERS

As a member of the benefits team, theSenior Benefits Analyst will focus on the administration and optimization of health and welfare benefit plans, ensuring compliance, and managing vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences.

The Role:

Your work will include, but not be limited to:



  • Administer and support health and welfare benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
  • Serve as a primary contact for benefit vendors, managing relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring service-level agreements are met
  • Assist in the evaluation and selection of benefit providers and plans
  • Monitor compliance with federal and state regulations (e.g., ACA, HIPAA, ERISA)
  • Analyze benefit data and trends to support decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with payroll, HRIS, and other internal teams to ensure accurate benefit processing
  • Support annual open enrollment, including communications, system testing, and employee assistance
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits with professionalism and clarity



Your Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Strong knowledge of health and welfare plans and applicable regulations
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts
  • Experience managing vendor transitions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems (PeopleSoft and SuccessFactors experience a plus)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
