Summary: We are currently seeking a Process Leader, Supply Chain (Primary Group). This position will be located at our Brackenridge Plant in Brackenridge, PA. The process leader will schedule operations within ATI's primary end. Essential Functions:
- Develop best practices for coordination of Supply Chain management between Outside Vendors, Logistics, Production, Planning and Scheduling.
- Create Weekly and Daily schedules to manage material flow to and from ATI's HRPF facility.
- Part of a team responsible for on-time delivery performance out of ATI's Brackenridge facility.
- Lead and support supply chain growth initiatives through process improvement and software development.
- Examine existing procedures or opportunities for streamlining activities to meet production needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or other appropriate program from an accredited institution
Skills
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically when solving problems
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Experience analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution
- Expert in analyzing data to develop strategies for improving inventory efficiency and driving customer satisfaction.
- Encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
- Expert level with Microsoft Excel
