We currently have an opening for a Master Scheduler in our Clarksburg, MD office. This position reports to the Director of Production Planning and Scheduling. Responsibilities Thales Defense & Security Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Master Scheduler to manage and optimize the planning and scheduling of projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex projects, utilizing scheduling tools, and ensuring that all aspects of production and delivery adhere to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. As a Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating all scheduling activities across multiple departments, maintaining an overall project schedule, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient execution of projects and build plans within capacity constraints.

The annualized pay range for this role is $ 90,001 - $ 115,003 USD along with a target incentive compensation plan (ICP) of 5%. The pay range provided is a good faith estimate representative of the experience level for the role described above.
