Client Services Representative - Licensed Property & Casualty (No Sales!) Location: Omaha, NE or San Antonio, TX (Onsite for 90 days, hybrid potential thereafter) Pay: * Unlicensed: $19.00/hr * Licensed: $21.47/hr * Bilingual and/or licensed candidates strongly preferred About the Company: Founded in 2017, this fast-growing startup offers business insurance solutions such as workers' compensation, liability, and commercial auto insurance to small businesses. The company operates as a technology-driven provider, focused on delivering insurance through digital platforms. About the Role: This is a non-sales, licensed property & casualty role focused on customer service. You'll be supporting current clients-no cold calling, no outbound sales. The business is internet-driven, and your job is to follow up on website applications and respond to inbound inquiries from small businesses. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver industry-leading service with prompt responses and one-call resolutions * Accurately enter inbound leads and client information * Multitask across systems: document interactions, take calls, and follow up as needed * Support a collaborative team culture focused on customer satisfaction and company growth * Handle inquiries from current clients regarding coverage, billing, and policy details What We're Looking For: * Licensed property & casualty professionals (preferred) * Bilingual candidates (preferred) * Insurance experience (auto insurance is a plus) * Call center experience * Associate's degree or equivalent experience * Strong multitasking and communication skills * Open availability and reliability Work Environment: * Onsite for the first 90 days in Omaha or San Antonio * Hybrid work potential after 90 days based on performance Why Apply? * Be part of a tech-forward company disrupting the insurance space * No sales pressure-just meaningful service * Growth opportunities and a supportive team culture * Make a real impact on small businesses across the country Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.47 - $21.47/hr.
