*Description*
The System Administrator/Configurator works with Long Range Stand Off (LRSO) clients to elicit requirements, recommend designs, install Teamcenter and configure product to include BMIDE, workflows and connections to ancillary products (e.g., SQL Server). This position requires an understanding of Teamcenter and a Top Secret clearance issued within the last 5 years (or clearable). The ideal candidate must be able to elicit functional requirements and assist clients in trade-space analysis to evolve efficient and effective solution configurations. An understanding of configuration best practices and the ability to "firefight" issues to resolution is key. Understanding of agile software development, the Air Force and/or the LRSO program are beneficial. This administrator will be part of a broader solution team and it is recognized Teamcenter is a team sport - so, expertise in all areas of Teamcenter is not a requirement. . The ideal candidate is located near Eglin Air Force base(Florida) to support classified installation, configuration and data load work on client site. Elicit requirements from clients * Support trade-space analysis with clients to evolve efficient and effective configurations * Size environments (VMs, GPUs, CPUs, RAM) and advise system administrators on infrastructure needs * Create briefings and technical documents to assist clients in trade-space decisions * Install Teamcenter * Test deployed solutions and troubleshoot anomalies to resolution * Coordinate issue resolution with GTAC and similar infrastructure / software support activities * Analyze system performance and optimize * Coordinate with Scrum Master, Product Owners, Information System Security Engineering (ISSE), Engineering Subject Matter Experts and Infrastructure/Network administrators on broader team to accomplish objectives * ORACLE/SQL database experience Desired Experience: o Siemens Teamceter experience o Experience building MS Office documents and briefings o Experience with other digital engineering product suites such as those offered by Siemens, Dassault, Autodesk o Bachelor's Degree o Air Force experience o AFNWC experience o DevSecOps experience * US Citizen * Top Secret Clearance issued within last 5 years (or clearable) * 5+ years of digital engineering technology experience * Expert understanding of Siemens product installation and configuration with special emphasis on Teamcenter *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Required Qualifications Technical Expertise: Proficiency in administering Siemens Teamcenter, including installation, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting within DoD environments. Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. Digital Engineering: Minimum 5 years of experience in digital engineering technology, with a strong understanding of PLM systems, particularly Siemens Teamcenter. IT Skills: Strong general IT skills with experience in Windows and Linux OS platforms, digital engineering interoperability, and Multi-CAD environments. Communication: Excellent spoken and written English skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively. Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving complex technical issues related to Teamcenter and associated integrations. Certifications: Ability to acquire/maintain IAT II certifications such as Security+. Agile and DevSecOps: Experience in Agile software development and familiarity with DevSecOps principles is desirable. Documentation: Experience documenting processes, procedures, and configurations effectively. Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Location: Ideally located near Albuquerque, NM, or Bedford, MA, for onsite support of classified activities and client site operations.
