Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented PC Technician to support IT warehouse operations and hardware deployment activities. This role involves hands-on technical support, inventory management, and coordination of equipment logistics. The ideal candidate will have experience in desktop support or IT service roles and be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Warehouse & Inventory Management: * Fulfill hardware requests submitted via ServiceNow. * Receive, check in, and organize IT inventory. * Ship hardware to end users and update SAP systems for tracking received and deployed assets. * Asset Recovery & Offboarding Support: * Coordinate pickup of computers, mobile devices, and peripherals from onsite locations. * Follow up with managers of offboarded employees to collect necessary information. * Send return boxes and FedEx labels to remote users. * Process returned equipment and ensure compliance with data retention and sanitization policies. * Hardware Deployment & Setup: * Deploy computer peripherals including monitors, docking stations, and accessories. * Image and configure computers according to company standards. * Provide basic desktop support and troubleshooting as needed. * Ticket Management: * Manage and resolve assigned ServiceNow tickets efficiently. * Document actions and maintain accurate records of support activities. Required Qualifications: * Minimum 2 years of experience in: * IT support (desktop, service desk, mobility, or hardware fulfillment) * Warehouse or stockroom operations * Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic troubleshooting. * Experience with ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow). * Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for onsite pickups. Preferred Qualifications: * Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent. * Experience with SAP or similar inventory management systems. * Strong organizational and communication skills. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
