Otolaryngologists willspecialize in the treatment and management of diseases and disorders of the ear, nose, throat, and related bodily structures. They will provide both medical and surgical care. The ideal candidate is a hard-working, team player with a favorable work and/or training history. The physician should be able to independently administer and interpret routine and special diagnostic tests in an expedient and professional manner. Kelsey-Seybold ENT doctors treat children, adolescents and adults at Kelsey-Seybold's Main Campus location and at neighborhood clinics throughout the Houston area.


Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, a part of Optum, is Houston's premier multispecialty group practice, founded in 1949 by Dr. Mavis Kelsey in Houston's renowned Texas Medical Center. Kelsey-Seybold offers quality medical care in 65 medical specialties. The organization operates the largest freestanding Ambulatory Surgery Center in Texas. Required Qualifications:



  • Graduate of an approved training program in the United States
  • Licensed in the State of Texas
  • Board Certified and/or Board Eligible
  • Driver's License and access to a reliable transportation



Preferred Qualification:



  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency



The salary range for this role is $350,000 to $628,000 annually based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
