Staffmark is currently seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Coordinator/Administrator for a growing team in Mt. Crawford, VA. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate shipping and receiving records, ensuring timely and correct order fulfillment, and supporting daily administrative functions.

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

AM Shift Available

Responsibilities:



  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing products
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Pack products and prepare mailing labels
  • Verify shipping documents to ensure order accuracy
  • Support other tasks as assigned



Qualifications:



  • 1-2 years of administrative experience required
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Technically proficient with excellent computer skills
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Required certifications and training must be achieved and maintained
