Overview The Quality and Analytics Analyst for the Middle Mile Network will report to the Quality and Analytics Manager. This role involves analyzing data from TMS, Power BI, and other tools to identify potential service issues. The Quality and Analytics Analyst will provide actionable recommendations based on their findings, contributing to the enhancement of service quality and operational efficiency within the network. This position is critical for ensuring optimal service delivery and continuous improvement in performance metrics. In addition, the Quality and Analytics Analyst will work directly with operations personnel to ensure they are meeting service requirements and help develop KPI monitoring tools that will be utilized throughout the AIT Middle Mile Network to measure and report performance. Responsibilities
Proactively evaluate service performance within AIT's Middle Mile Network to ensure the execution of SLA's are taking place through analysis of performance at all HUB locations.
Qualifications Education * High School Diploma (Required) and * Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) Experience * 3+ years experience in transportation and Logistics (Required) * 3+ years experience in quoting and routing (Required) * 3+ years experience with data cleansing, standardization, and validation (Required) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Data Analysis High * Statistical Analysis High * Data Visualization High * Interpreting information in a TMS High * Communicates and collaborates cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational and customer issues Medium |
