Make your mark at the world's largest HVAC company Daikin Applied is seeking a Workday Analyst I to join our growing HRIS team! The Workday Analyst I will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex Human Capital Management (HCM) Workday solutions. Under intermittent supervision, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. You will also be responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of all HCM Workday solutions. - Lead and support the HCM workstream on a Workday implementation project, demonstrating strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives
- Research and resolve day to day Workday HCM process and configuration issues and design Workday HCM solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
- Work with HR and business stakeholder to support new requirements for HCM in Workday and create and update Workday configuration and enhancements based on requirement changes
- Provide on-going support for business processes, security and other related HCM processes in Workday
- Manage, create, and provide support for required HCM reporting, including support for annual and year-end reporting and activities in Workday
- Identify strategies, risks and options and recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client and functional requirements and perform ongoing audits to ensure data integrity and accurate configuration
- Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets
- Thoroughly test configurations through unit testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Deliver knowledge transfer and change management of system modifications
- Manage Workday release enhancements to ensure technical and functional requirements are tested and adopted in a timely manner
- Additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in HRIS system analysis or system administration
- 1+ years of Workday security configuration experience
- Demonstrated ability to seek out, analyze, and solve problems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management experience
- Knowledge of HR function & processes
- Experience with HCM software such as ADP, SAP, Ceridian, ADPeTime, PeopleSoft, Workday, Oracle or Ultimate

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,000- $120,000 and 10% bonus in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls.
