EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: Education: A bachelor's degree in accounting is required. Experience: A minimum of three years of accounting experience is required. Prior experience with developing, managing, and analyzing Month-end close processes is a plus. Prior experience participating in internal and external audit processes is a plus. Prior experience working for a global business entity with overseas interaction is desirable. Prior experience working for a sports team, athletic department, entertainment venue/event, or in the media/entertainment industry is desirable. Expectations: Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which is subject to change at Senior Management's discretion, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Upon employment, the employee is required to fully comply with the Red Bull rules and regulations for the safe and efficient operation of company facilities. Employees who violate these rules and regulations will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Due to the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, the employee may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the company.
