Position Summary: GoldenWolf is seeking a SharePoint Content Manager to assist in the management and maintenance of DHA FE intranet sites. In this role, you'll serve as the go-to expert for Site Owners and Content Managers, delivering training on SharePoint best practices and alternative approaches such as leveraging local site terms to keep content organized and discoverable. You will also create and maintain clear, up-to-date guidance materials that ensure consistent term set tagging across pages, documents, and lists, empowering stakeholders to manage their sites with confidence and efficiency. Essential Functions: 01) Collaboration & Requirements Gathering
- Partner with SharePoint developers and cross-functional teams to elicit, document, and maintain site feature requirements
- Liaise continuously with project leads to ensure deliverables meet stakeholder needs
02) Content Management & Updates
- Maintain intranet site content: update pages, columns, text, images, dropdown lists, and document libraries
- Perform straightforward SharePoint Online configuration changes
03) Site Administration & Governance
- Manage user permissions, security settings, site configurations, and customizations
- Develop, enforce, and audit content governance policies to ensure compliance and data integrity
04) Documentation & Reporting
- Produce and maintain user guides, system configs, technical specs, and system-status reports
- Leverage SharePoint analytics to generate usage, adoption, and performance reports
05) Training & User Support
- Train users on SharePoint functionality, content creation, editing, and publishing workflows
- Troubleshoot user issues and advise on best practices
06) Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track site performance, identify improvement areas, and implement optimization strategies
- Recommend process improvements, automations, and feature enhancements
07) Ticket System Management
- Help develop and manage a trouble-ticket system: process, track, close tickets, and report metrics
- Update documentation based on ticket insights and performance metrics
08) Continuous Learning & Innovation
- Stay current with SharePoint (2016/2019/Online), Office 365, Teams, PowerApps, Power BI, and related tools
- Map client needs to O365/SharePoint capabilities and identify opportunities for enhancement
09) Analytical & Communication Skills
- Synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable analytics aligned with organizational goals
- Deliver clear, well-reasoned recommendations and manage multiple tasks against tight deadlines
- Exhibit strong oral and written communication to both technical and management audiences
10) Technical Expertise
- Deep knowledge of SharePoint features: workflows, web parts, lists, libraries, permissions, and Designer-based customizations
- Solid grasp of IT principles, relational databases, business applications, and system evaluation methods

Requirements
Key Qualifications:
- Three to five years in SharePoint administration, customization, and support for organizing intranet content.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience in oral and written communication for project management, training, and technical advisory services.
- Experience with information architecture and creating governance policies
- Must be a US Citizen
Education: Preferred a bachelor's degree from an accredited college (in computer science, engineering, information technology, or liberal arts)
Salary Description
$70,000.00 - $120,000.00
