We are looking for a Winter/Spring Co-op to join our Test Engineering Team in Newbury Park. The team is responsible for evaluating, developing, and troubleshooting test solutions utilized in testing Skyworks RF Front End Modules or to test the component filters, switches, LNAs and power amplifiers that are inside the module. You will be working in a dynamic lab environment where there will be opportunities to work with RF test equipment, software automation and data analysis tools. The Mobile Solutions (MSB) team at Skyworks develops industry-leading, highly integrated solutions for next generation mobile platforms supporting the world's leading smartphone manufacturers. Our design engineers have diverse expertise and utilize a broad range of technologies (SOI, silicon CMOS, GaAs, IPD, TC-SAW and pHEMT) to create differentiated transmit and receive products including high-performance LNAs, couplers, power amplifiers, antenna switch modules, digital/analog controllers, passive matching and acoustic filtering for leading-edge 3GPP standards. The typical pay range for an Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $26.00 - $47.50 per hour and for a Non-Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $22.50 - $42.00 per hour. Starting pay will depend on level of education, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
