Chapman and Cutler LLP is seeking a Disclosure Administrator to join the Public Finance Department in our Chicago office. No prior public finance experience is required, however critical thinking skills and a comfort level with numbers and math is essential. The Disclosure Administrator will be responsible for, among other things, finding and analyzing information from various sources and collating and preparing spreadsheets and other documents for review by lawyers, bond investors and others. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior paralegal or project assistant to work with one of the country's preeminent law firms in state and municipal finance. The position requires an in-office presence in the Chicago office but includes flexibility for some remote work. The successful candidate must be able to interact with others in a professional, approachable manner, have strong analytical skills, be independently motivated and embrace ownership of all day-to-day responsibilities. As mentioned, no prior public finance experience is required.
