Your effort and expertise are crucial to the success and execution of this impactful mission. This opportunity supports an Enterprise IT contract with a team of Customer Service Specialists, Database Engineers, Information Systems Security Officers, Information Systems Security Engineers, SharePoint Developers, Systems Engineers, Network Engineers, and IT Engineers responsible for the architecture, engineering, integration, operations, maintenance and sustainment of multi-level Enterprise IT environment.

Job Description:

  • RealmOne is looking for a Project Manager to manage the deployments on a multiple classification Enterprise network.

The Level 2 Project Manager shall possess the following capabilities:

  • Work with the higher-level project managers, if applicable, to provide effective and efficient management of the contractor's effort.
  • Assist higher level project manager with allocation of resources (staffing, facilities, and budgets) on the effort.
  • Direct and manage the activities of a project team.
  • Provide direction and mentoring to project team members; set the appropriate goals and objectives.
  • Review risk and risk mitigation activities and allocate resources for the same.
  • Provide analysis of operational objectives and draft plans to meet objectives.
  • Mitigate project risks and issues that occur.
  • Provide direction and mentoring to project team members; set the appropriate goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements imposed by the contract in coordination with the Contractor's contracts staff.
  • Allocate resources (staffing, facilities, and equipment) to multiple simultaneous requirements.
  • Prepare and complete action plans to be presented to the Government.
  • Document system and project process improvements.
  • Provides detailed tracking of requirements satisfaction for reporting to Government customers.
  • Provide effective and efficient management of the contractor's effort.
  • Coordinate activities of lower level project managers to achieve synergy across TTOs.
  • Develops multi-project Work Breakdown structures and Integrated Master Schedules to deconflict allocation of resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required. Six (6) years of additional program management experience of similar scope, type, and complexity with at least one of the six years being with the Federal Government may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
  • Eight (8) or more years' experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting for projects and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
  • One (1) year experience in Enterprise IT systems and projects. Managing and performing integration operations and maintenance activities on multiple system domains of various security classification levels and diverse user bases concurrently.

Certifications Required:

  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph

Pay Range: 148,000-196,000
