Ellumen is seeking an experienced IT Governanace Lead to support our upcoming HHS program focusing on process improvement, IT automation, and increased efficiencies between program offices. The Lead, IT Governance serves as the strategic leader ensuring the HHS IT environment is effectively governed, fully compliant with federal mandates, and aligned with organizational priorities. This role is accountable for establishing and overseeing a centralized Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO), implementing a robust Risk Management Framework (RMF), and ensuring agency-wide IT initiatives deliver maximum value. This position plays a critical role in guiding IT acquisition decisions, maintaining compliance with laws such as the Clinger-Cohen Act and FITARA, and managing the agency's records management program. Additionally, the Lead will support strategic IT budgeting and introduce a data-driven approach to inform investment decisions through advanced analytics and executive-level dashboards.
