Join our Marketing Measurement team and help shape how we measure and optimize marketing performance across email, direct mail, partner-owned mediaand digital channels. You'll partner closely with our Lead Marketing Measurement Analyst to gather, analyze and interpret performance data for our partnership marketingteam - identifying opportunities, testing strategies, and driving insights that maximize marketing impact and guide strategic decisions!

We're looking for a hands-on analytics expert with advanced technical skills, a passion for marketing data, and the ability to turn complex numbers into compelling stories for leadership. You'll work with large datasets, design and measure A/B tests, build dashboards, and forecast marketing performance - all while collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence strategy.

Job Description

Primary Accountabilities


  • You will conduct accurate business analysis to support our decisions using statistical modeling and other business analysis tools.
  • You will collaborate with important partners to define key financial and operational metrics to monitor, and report performance.
  • You will collaborate with partners in the delivery of key performance analysis.
  • You will develop models used to project our results; enhance the model where there is business value in adjusting the models.
  • You will ensure reporting accuracy and integrity and explains performance drivers and provide insights into performance trends.
  • You will analyze and address data quality issues, tests and analyze impact of system changes to data/reporting infrastructure.
  • You will develop, test, and deploy automated reporting solutions and automated decision analytics to replace manual business processes.
  • You may be requested to complete other assignments or participate in projects based on skills, achievements, or experience.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements


  • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of forecasting techniques or statistical analysis.
  • Demonstrated strong experience utilizing data tools to build complex formulas and create reports.
  • Understanding of software tools to query and report data.
  • Knowledge of a variety of standard reporting software packages and best practices for report deployment processes.
  • Demonstrated experience developing data sets.

Preferred Experience:


  • GCP, Databricks, BigQuery, or similar cloud-based data platforms.
  • Experience with marketing attribution models and MMM inputs/outputs.
  • Familiarity with campaign management tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign).
  • Understanding of data visualization best practices and design principles.
  • Python or R for data analysis, forecasting, and test evaluation.

In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783 or Boston, MA 02110.
