What You'll Do:


-Lead the planning, execution, and deployment of ERP transformation initiatives as well as Agile enterprise-level technology projects. Will work closely with executives, senior leaders and stakeholders on strategic projects and initiatives for the enterprise.
-Analyze stakeholder expectations and apply problem-solving techniques to resolve conflicts and obstacles.
-Manage project tasks throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
-Coordinate IT resources and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery aligns with agreed-upon timelines, budgets, and scope.
-Develop and execute technology solution plans, covering all business and IT activities.
-Build and coach teams to execute project plans effectively, fostering a positive and accountable work environment.
-Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project schedules and scope commitments.
-Maintain project quality by adhering to development, testing, and quality standards.
-Provide valuable business analysis support, researching, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements.
-Participate in QA and UAT testing, tracking and resolving issues as needed.
-Serve as a key communication link between project teams and stakeholders, providing timely updates.
-Proactively identify and manage risks and issues
-Partner with project management leaders across technology teams to coordinate activities and manage dependencies



Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience working with Agile project management methodologies
  • Experience with ERP transformation initiatives
  • Experience working with executives and senior leaders
  • PMI certification
  • Experience in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements
  • Preference given to local candidates

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or Management
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience with at least 5 years of project management experience
  • Experience leading large teams in a matrix management environment
  • Program management experience leading large programs that involve significant business change
  • Demonstrated track record of establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Experience developing and managing program budgets
  • Knowledge of business case development including cost/benefit analysis, NPV, current and future state assessments
  • Experience managing vendor agreements and tracking service levels
  • Familiarity with compliance (regulatory, SOX, etc) and governance issues
  • Advanced oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills to communicate with and persuade a wide range of audiences
  • Strong supervisory and matrix management skills and ability to oversee tasks delegated to others
  • Ability to manage large technology initiative with distributed teams
  • Experience in managing technology initiatives, preferably with systems that handle significant load with concurrency and data
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
