Hiring Sales Development Representatives to support a Finance & Accounting Software Company! Must be open to a hybrid schedule in Atlanta, GA Description Seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing New Business Sales team. As an Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Account Executives (AEs) by generating qualified sales pipeline and helping to move Mailchimp's business upmarket. You will be responsible for engaging prospective mid-market customers and identifying opportunities to introduce them to the value of our omnichannel marketing platform. Additional Skills & Qualifications 1+ years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment. Proven ability to hit or exceed targets in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with mid-market companies and organizations. High level of business acumen and a foundational understanding of marketing concepts. Strong drive for results and the ability to deal with ambiguity. Experience with CRM (Salesforce), Sales Engagement Platform (Outreach) and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) Tech savviness and ability to maneuver through systems and adapt quickly Working knowledge of Salesforce goes a really long way Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.85 - $30.00/hr.
