Enrollment Management Job Description
The Student Support Specialist I is a member of the Admissions Operations team and is responsible for processing documents related to undergraduate and graduate applications for enrollment. This role includes reviewing applications and academic records (e.g., transcripts, test scores), entering admission decisions, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of student records in SLATE, PeopleSoft, and ImageNOW. The speed and precision of this work directly impact the admit/enroll yield of both domestic and international students. A strong focus on customer service is essential, as the position involves frequent communication with prospective students and other stakeholders, providing timely, accurate, and professional support throughout the admissions process. Minimum Qualifications

Anticipated Hiring Range
The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $15.00-$17.00 hourly. Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
