| What to Expect The Installation Quality Operations Team collaborates closely with regional installation teams to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency for Tesla Energy's residential energy products. Operating out of approximately 53 warehouses across 12 regions in the USA, the Quality Operations team mirrors this regional structure, with Quality Technicians positioned in most warehouses and reporting to Regional Quality Managers. The core purpose of this role is to conduct process and product audits, drive adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and identify opportunities for improved installation efficiency. Additionally, the role involves addressing emerging quality trends and supporting field teams with advanced installation and product knowledge for all residential energy products. What You'll Do
 
  Identify failures, capture photographic evidence, and generate detailed audit reports through process and product auditsReview audit findings with installation teams and leadership on-site or during team meetings, coaching best practices to address inefficienciesProvide installation solutions and serve as a key resource for field teams with advanced product and installation expertisePerform minor rework on jobsites and create rework cases for significant repairs as neededStay informed on new products, best practices, and workmanship guidelines by participating in team meetings and mandatory training sessionsFoster a safety-focused culture through accountability systems and recognition, adhering to state, local, OSHA, and Tesla safety policiesDemonstrate willingness to travel as required to support regional operationsWhat You'll Bring
