If you are a Financial leader and interested in a growing career opportunity, UCR Health is seeking an experienced Executive Director of Finance to lead and direct accounting and financial operations in collaboration with UCR Health leadership, campus, and UCOP. Responsibilities will include developing, and maintaining accounting systems and controls, strategic planning with senior leaders, representing the clinical enterprise in systemwide meetings and discussions. Partnering with the CEO and other senior leaders in making final decisions for the organization will also be critical as well as ensuring achievement of objectives. This position is currently under review and is being considered at job code/job title: 005631 - ACCOUNTING MGR 3 HC. If approved the full salary range for this position is: $161,500 - $326,300 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $275,000 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, relevant experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
