Essential Functions:
- Conducts environmental scans, organizational positioning, analysis and other studies.
- Develops concepts into strategies including quantitative analysis and recommendations; screens plans for strategic fit, feasibility and profitability, prior to presentation to senior management.
- Coordinates input from all major business units to facilitate the integration of individual business unit plans, best practices, and global and multi-discipline perspectives.
- Conducts external research and quantitative analysis as required. Identifies, researches, analyzes, and makes
- recommendations to support the organization's growth objectives.

- Build out InfoSec Portfolio management discipline, align on overall InfoSec metrics, seasoned project and program management skills, experienced strategic analysis and develop and manage Secure By Design role-based training plan.
- Executive level experience and leadership and business acumen maturity. Continued refinement of InfoSec's forward-looking strategy, governance and oversite for the InfoSec Pod in the IT DRIVE domain.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Proficiency in analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and extracting actionable insights. Familiarity with tools like Excel or SQL for data manipulation and analysis is essential. Data Visualization: The ability to present data findings clearly and effectively through visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to aid decision-making.
- Acting on behalf of the CISO's Chief of Staff to answer inquiries.
- Project Management: Being able to manage analysis projects, from scoping requirements to delivering results on time, helps in collaborating with cross-functional teams and meeting deadlines.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks early and creating mitigation strategies help prevent project setbacks.
- Leadership: Leading teams, delegating tasks, motivating team members, and addressing conflicts require strong leadership skills to keep everyone aligned and productive.

- Interpret and apply evolving cybersecurity laws, regulations, and standards (e.g., NIST, CMMC, FISMA) to enterprise security programs.
- Minimum 8-10 years of cybersecurity leadership experience, including direct engagement with U.S. federal and/or state regulatory bodies.
- Proven track record in managing compliance with government cybersecurity frameworks, regulations, and directives.
- Experience leading security initiatives in regulated industries (e.g., defense, energy, financial services, healthcare).

Minimum qualifications: Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration or equivalent.
