Production Coordinator

• Identify and resolve barriers to schedule attainment, including material/resource shortages and job reprioritization.
• Manage manufacturing order execution using MRP reports (expedite, release, defer, cancel).
• Review and address customer demand drop-ins, discrepant jobs, and missing work orders.
• Ensure accuracy of work orders, revisions, drawings, and reported material shortages.
• Maintain data integrity (quantities, lead times, lot sizes, safety stock) and communicate discrepancies in planning data.
• Support departmental processes, meetings, knowledge base, and compliance with policies, OSHA, and environmental standards.
• Provide feedback to management, promote teamwork, and maintain good housekeeping practices.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Production Control, Inventory, Purchasing, Warehousing, or Manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills; able to interact effectively with supervisors, sales, customer service, and managers.
• Computer literate; proficient in materials management software, MS Word (basic), and MS Excel (intermediate).
• Solid math/statistics skills for business applications; able to manage detailed written instructions.
• Knowledge of manufacturing terminology and protocols.
