• Demonstrate safe working practices in support of company safety procedures with focus on zero injuries.
• Understand quality requirements and ensure daily production meets or exceeds quality standards; take ownership for correcting issues identified during independent Product Quality Verification checks and Quality Line Audits.
• Maintain clean work area through good housekeeping practices.
• Record daily production metrics (material verification, quantity produced, and scrap).

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School graduate (equivalent GED)

• 1 to 3 years manufacturing experience (Preferred)

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills

  Safety. Your safety is most important. Proper training and PPE will be provided. All employees are encouraged to share safety tips. Some job tasks require walking or standing most of the time during the shift and may include bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling of material. You must be able to occasionally lift up-to 50 pounds, within team lift guidelines.

  Surroundings. Fast paced manufacturing environment. You will be working around production equipment; moving powered industrial vehicles; and you will interact with other employees.
