Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college of pharmacy, required. Doctor of Pharmacy, preferred. Licensure Requirement: Registered Pharmacist - Ohio Board of Pharmacy or must be eligible for the Ohio Registered Pharmacy examination with successful completion of requirements and license obtained within 45 days of the hire date. Certifications: (not specified) Skills: (not specified) Experience: Hospital experience or internship, desirable.
