We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to develop the holistic customer experiences through new capabilities and product sets to serve to our wealth clients. You will be expected to manage the complexity of varied needs from cross-functional teams in business, operations, technology, legal and compliance. You will articulate a clear vision for the customer experience and influence leadership on what is needed to achieve it. You help the team understand what capabilities customers need to be successful. You will also work on the technical details with the development team to make sure it's implemented well. About This Role: Key Accountabilities * Evaluate current product portfolio performance and market fit * Identify product gaps and opportunities based on market analysis * Lead development/enhancement of wealth management offerings * Create business cases for new initiatives and track ROI * Identify cross-selling opportunities with other business lines (Consumer & Commercial) Duties may include: Lead comprehensive product, technology and capability gap assessments Develop 3-year strategic product roadmap for Wealth Management Identify and prioritize opportunities for business model evolution. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape Look across Wealth product lines to identify synergies and opportunities for growth. The Ideal Candidate for This Role: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * 5+ years' experience relevant wealth financial services or product management required * Experience working with cross-functional teams to create scalable frameworks * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Collaborative worker and is an effective team player Role Attributes * Strategic Skills: Product Vision/Strategic Thinking/Market and Customer Research * Technical Skills: Data Analysis/Define Requirements * Communication Skills: Stakeholder Management/Cross Functional Collaboration/Presentation * Leadership Skills: Decision Making/Problem Solving/Adaptability * Business Acumen: Know your product * Road maps and prioritization: Storytelling/financial/ROI/Trade-offs * Vendor Management * Execution Skills: Organization/Time Management/Project Management Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.Compensation: Compensation range (base pay): $95,857.00-$162,957.00This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
