Job Purpose
This role is responsible for driving commercial excellence within the Go To Market (GTM) function for Case IH and New Holland across the global Agriculture segment, aligning with regional market dynamics. The Commercial Excellence Lead will define a blueprint for commercial professionalization and growth, collaborating with key stakeholders to develop strategies that enhance customer and dealer engagement, optimize omnichannel experiences, and drive sustainable growth. This role reports to the AG Global GTM while working closely with other members of the global team and regional Commercial and Network Development heads. This role involves coordinating people and activities across various areas: Financial Services, Aftermarket Solutions, Customer Service & Digital, Commercial, Legal, and Brand Marketing. Key Responsibilities
* Developing a commercial excellence strategy in alignment with regional leadership and the Segment Strategic Business Plan (SBP). Experience Required
This role requires strategic vision, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, financial acumen and a focus on both short- and long-term network development goals. This role can interact with the leadership team of the AG Segment and senior representatives of investors, owners or dealer management. Main requirements: Preferred Qualifications
