We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Strategic Initiatives Specialist to support transformative initiatives across our dealer network. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving change through data, insights, and collaboration. Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Retail Innovation, this individual will play a critical role in executing bold ideas and supporting cross-functional projects that elevate dealer engagement and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Strategic Support: Assist in the development and execution of innovative strategies that challenge traditional retail models and enhance dealer performance.
  • Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behaviors to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Dealer Engagement: Support initiatives aimed at transforming the dealer experience, including digital enablement, performance tracking, and engagement models.
  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects involving Sales, Marketing, Network Development, and Digital teams.
  • Change Enablement: Help drive adoption of new processes and tools across field teams, supporting a culture of agility and experimentation.
  • Competitive Research: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and disruption.
  • Communication & Reporting: Prepare presentations, reports, and strategic briefs for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, innovation, or field operations within the automotive or retail sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and driving change in complex environments
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and influence stakeholders
  • Familiarity with dealer operations, performance metrics, and customer experience strategies is a plus
