Temple University's Global Engagement Department is searching for a Program Manager! Become a part of the Temple family and you will have access to the following: Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 A variety of important factors are reviewed by HR when considering salary, including job duties, the applicant's education and experience, all relevant internal equity considerations, department budget, and funding source. Position Summary Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Global Engagement, the Program Manager will work with colleagues in Global Engagement, Continuing Studies, Education Abroad, and Student Affairs to ensure the successful educational experience of the incoming dual degree, study abroad, and exchange students coming to Temple through our international partnerships. This role is responsible for managing the application process for the inbound study abroad, exchange and the Dual Bachelor's Master's Degree (3+2) programs, providing arrival assistance and orientation for students, developing and implementing regular programming, securing on- or off-campus housing, and providing general academic and student advising during their time at Temple. The Program Manager will provide consistent communication and outreach to current and prospective Global Programs students and partner universities through email, social media, and mailings. They will assist with the marketing and recruiting for Global Programs, including representing Temple at international recruitment events, conferences, and other special events The Program Manager will also oversee the Global Living Learning Community, an intercultural living and learning environment in Temple's residence hall. Required Education and Experience Required Skills and Abilities This position is assigned a hybrid work arrangement (on-campus and remote). The duration of this hybrid work arrangement is at the discretion of Temple University and the Department.
