Description Leidos is seeking a Remote Work and Family Life Program Supervisor oversees information/referral, one-on-one consultation, and education/training in Work and Family Life Programs. Provide comprehensive coordination and oversight of all contract staff, regularly collaborating with Dept. of Defense organization representatives to manage schedules, assess performance, and ensure service quality. Monitor staff training, enforce compliance with contract performance and productivity standards, and verify that every service is accurately documented and counted in the Fleet and Family Support Management Information System (FFSMIS).They supervise contractor-provided WFL (Work and Family Life) programs and services and provide training, support, and performance oversight for WFL and AFC (Accredited Financial Counselor) providers, and coordinate training programs such as Deployment Support, Transition Assistance, Personal Financial Management, Family Employment Readiness, Relocation Assistance, and Disaster Response. Candidate MUST be located within 100 miles of San Diego, CA MUST be US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance Duties * Directs work to be accomplished by WFL (Work and Family Life) staff. Assigns work based on priorities, difficulty and requirements of assignments, and staff capabilities. Conducts annual performance reviews of staff. Ensures staff receives proper training to fulfill requirements of their positions. Addresses potential disciplinary and/or performance issues timely and takes appropriate corrective action(s) as necessary. Directly supervises and leads staff assigned to the remote WFL program. Requirements Master's degree in adult education, social science, or related field, a combination of graduate education and experience equivalent to a master's degree, or six years of equivalent experience in adult education, social science, or related field. Minimum 2 years managing and coordinating multiple site adult educational or social service programs and managing teams experience Candidates who have the below experience are Highly preferred: Experience working with military populations Experience in behavioral healthcare, EAP services, or another healthcare setting This position supports the Navy Fleet and Family Support contract. NFFS delivers comprehensive Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP) services worldwide, ensuring consistent, high-quality support for active-duty Sailors, retirees, eligible civilians overseas, and their families. The program implements, evaluates, and continually refines established FFSP offerings-developing the concepts, structures, and processes needed to maximize well-being across all installations. Key objectives include providing global staffing to supplement existing FFSP personnel through remote or surge/on-demand support, and delivering webinar hosting, production, and facilitation via a robust learning-management system.
