Position Overview:

ABC Companies is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Enterprise Process and Systems Engineer to oversee enterprise system requirements, optimize processes, and build a comprehensive knowledgebase that supports organizational efficiency

Responsible for driving continuous improvement in enterprise processes and systems. Skilled in mapping As-Is/To-Be workflows, gathering and translating requirements, and optimizing ERP/CRM platforms (JD Edwards, Oracle CX, DSI, Vertex, BI tools). Acts as a subject matter expert bridging business need with system capabilities, managing workflows, and ensuring alignment with financial and operational standards. Adept at stakeholder collaboration, change management, and delivering scalable process and system enhancements.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Establish practices and procedures to drive continuous improvement of business processes.
  • Develop and maintain As-Is and To-Be process flow maps.
  • Research and recommend system and workflow enhancements to optimize enterprise application usage.
  • Create process models, diagrams, and specifications to guide system enhancements and process changes.
  • Develop hands-on functional expertise in ERP and CRM enterprise applications, including JD Edwards, Oracle CX, DSI Mobile Enterprise Platform, Vertex Tax, and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for internal systems, ensuring alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
  • Manage, analyze, and refine requirements to ensure completeness, feasibility, and adherence to standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and project sponsors to define project scope, vision, and success criteria.
  • Identify project stakeholders, user classes, and their characteristics.
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, surveys, and site visits to gather requirements.
  • Translate conceptual needs into clear, actionable functional requirements for development teams.
  • Develop prototypes or interface mock-ups as needed for validation.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of contracts in our ERP, ensuring purchase orders, sales agreements, and service contracts are executed, finalized, and aligned with accounting rules for proper G/L recognition.
  • Develop and maintain reporting solutions that provide visibility into active contracts and their financial impact on the G/L; collaborate with stakeholders to streamline contract workflows, resolve discrepancies, and drive improvements in contract management practices.
  • Maintain and monitor requirements throughout the project lifecycle, updating as necessary.
  • Train internal and external users on systems and processes; produce training materials and documentation.
  • Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Review and improve requirements gathering processes to increase efficiency and adoption.
  • Conduct peer reviews to ensure requirements are understood and correctly implemented
  • Perform other assignments and special projects as directed.



Qualifications & Skills:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in an enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and system integration.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Operate within a dynamic, fast-paced enterprise environment.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to engage with multi-location teams and stakeholders.
