What to Expect As a Product Manager for Delivery Day Readiness, you will focus on improving on-time vehicle delivery, increasing awareness of delivery process, and enhancing customer experience during delivery day. You will migrate vehicle readiness processes to a new app, solve operational gaps, develop capacity planning for scheduling delivery within Tesla OS and manage the customer delivery scheduling expeirence. In partnership with the Delivery Operations teams, your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and support Tesla's mission of sustainable energy adoption. Your success will be measured by improved delivery metrics and customer feedback. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
