Required The MIL Corporation is looking for an A/V Technician II to support one or more ongoing AV/Video Teleconferencing (VTC) projects for our government customers at our Lexington Park, MD location. The A/V Technician will work with Lead Technicians and Engineers to gain valuable experience in AV development technologies. This position currently requires an on-site schedule with 5 days on-site. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements. Responsibilities
Travel Candidates must be willing and able to travel CONUS, and OCONUS sites up to three weeks at a time. Total travel is approximately 30%. Required Qualifications

Education A high school diploma or GED Clearance All applicants for this position must possess a current Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance. Please note that the clearance process takes into account financial background aspects. Compensation The SCA (Service Contract Act) role at The MIL Corporation is subject to the regulations and guidelines set forth by the U.S. Department of Labor. As an SCA position, it is classified as a service contract and is subject to specific wage determinations and benefit requirements mandated by the government. The compensation and benefits for the SCA role at The MIL Corporation will be in accordance with the prevailing wage rates and benefits specified by the Department of Labor for the specific job classification and location. The current rate is $25.72 - $35.64 per hour. Final salary for this position is determined based on factors such as individual qualifications, education, experience, and contractual limitations.
