Position Overview

The Salesforce Engineer will lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud, with a strong focus on healthcare service operations. This role requires deep technical expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Apex, and complex integrations using SOAP, REST, and Informatica. The ideal candidate will also bring a solid understanding of healthcare workflows, regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA), and client service models. The role will evolve to incorporate AI-driven capabilities to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze complex healthcare service requirements, including client support, coordination, and inquiry resolution.



  • Architect and implement Service Cloud features including:




    • Case Management, Omni-Channel, Service Console, Knowledge Base, Entitlements





  • Build and maintain highly customized LWC components for agent and client-facing interfaces.



  • Design and optimize Flows for automation of healthcare service processes and escalations.



  • Develop robust Apex logic to support business rules, integrations, and data processing.



  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using SOAP, REST APIs, and Other integration platforms



  • Leverage Agentforce to enhance agent productivity through real-time guidance and automation.



  • Use Salesforce Data Cloud to unify client data and enable real-time segmentation and personalization.



  • Implement Einstein AI features such as:




    • Einstein Bots, Case Classification, Next Best Action, Article Recommendations





  • Ensure high system performance, data integrity, and scalability in compliance with healthcare data standards.



  • Participate in Agile (Kanban) development processes, including story writing, estimation, testing, and retrospectives.



  • Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and proactive system maintenance.




Customer Service Expectations


  • Enable 360-degree client views using Data Cloud for contextual and personalized service



  • Support multi-channel service delivery with intelligent routing and escalation.



  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, HIPAA, data privacy, and audit requirements.



  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance healthcare service operations using out of the box features, automation, Potentially Einstein.

  • Work closely with key stakeholders who may have evolving or conflicting priorities.



  • Demonstrate patience, professionalism, and adaptability in high-pressure or ambiguous healthcare environments.



  • Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language and vice versa.



  • Navigate stakeholder dynamics while maintaining focus on solution quality and delivery timelines.
