The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At WGU, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their position, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: Grade: Professional 306 Pay Range: $60,300.00 - $90,500.00Job Description What You'll Do: The Student Experience Specialist role is focused on impacting student success through direct interventions and student support. This individual will work with Salesforce reports to identify high risk or struggling students, communicate directly with students through phone and email, and coordinate interventions to resolve issues or provide support. In addition, they will research, develop, and implement initiatives that improve the student experience after enrollment and through graduation from Academy. The responsibilities include proactive outreach to students, fielding incoming student support calls and requests, and leveraging the learnings from those interactions to develop innovative strategies and interventions to increase student success. This person should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment where everyone works together to continuously improve the student experience. Work Arrangements: This is a 40-hour per week role. To meet the needs of our students, at least 10 of those hours must be scheduled outside of traditional business hours (8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.). Main Responsibilities Include:
