Job Summary

Integer Holdings provides a tremendous opportunity to develop professional skills while working as part of a dynamic team. As a Senior Financial Analyst within the Treasury group, you will support the management of financial assets, liquidity and risk. You will perform financial analysis and support day-to-day operations and with a lens towards the bigger financial picture. You will provide critical services including cash management and banking expertise to the business while honing your analytical abilities. You will get the opportunity to collaborate with other departments including FP&A, Accounting, Legal, and Tax. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to take on significant responsibility with progressive successful outcomes and contribute to the organization in meaningful ways. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Corporate Finance and Treasury.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day cash and debt operations including liquidity requests and cash positioning.
  • Partner with FP&A, accounting, tax and other key business stakeholders to consistently improve cash reporting and forecasting accuracy and provide support on special projects.
  • Analyze global cash footprint, understand inflows /outflows and develop/ execute cash repatriation and optimization opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancement, automation, and efficiencies in cash forecasting and management processes.
  • Ensure that efficient and cost-effective funding as well as banking services are available to the business, develop and support banking initiatives.
  • Support Treasury management in special projects including presentations to various stakeholders, capital markets initiatives and other.
  • Execute and manage the accounts receivable factoring program and monitor performance.
  • Proactively manage various FX exposures and support reporting and forecasting these exposures. Manage funding requests across currencies, execute forward contracts or spot trades and monitor performance.
  • Support management of debt, interest and insurance renewals.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, economics, accounting or related field required
  • 3-6 years of experience in treasury, FP&A, corporate finance, cash management and/ or banking
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially with Excel.
  • Experience in financial modeling, data analysis and management.
  • Ability to analyze data and clearly communicate findings
  • Experience with banking portals and executing currency trades desired
  • Team player with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and a strong desire to deliver results beyond the status quo

Salary Range: $76,500 - $112,200

Our total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer's success. Our compensation program includes base salary and a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
