ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive the product roadmap for how our customers interact with core Azure services like Compute, Storage, and Networking in the Azure Portal.Translate business goals into strategy, user experience and technical requirements in close collaboration with User Experience (UX), Data Science, Engineering, AI research, and Product Marketing teams to build exceptional consumer-grade applications.Partner with user research to deeply understand customer pain points, behaviors, and expectations.Translate insights into intelligent, acessible, and scalable product features that improve customer satisfaction and reduce friction.Define goals and performance indicators, set up and oversee experiments, measure success with data and research to validate hypotheses, iterate on features, and drive continuous improvement.Lead customer engagements and feedback loops to refine and evolve AI powered experiences.Manage, coach, and mentor a team of high potential product managers. | |
