We are seeking a Director for our Research & Development Tax Credit practice. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and provides clients with exceptional services.

At EisnerAmper, we provide R&D tax credit consulting for all potentially eligible industries for the R&D tax credit from the scoping phase to defending claims with federal and state tax agencies. This includes c-corporations, s-corporations and partnerships. A portion of our client base seeks to monetize the R&D tax credit as a qualified small business via the payroll tax credit offset.

What Work You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Responsible for managing and coordinating R&D tax credit consulting services for clients.

  • Preparing the necessary qualitative and quantitative documentation to support R&D tax credit claims.

  • Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters supporting partners with service execution and development of extended services.

  • Research and consult on technical matters and special projects.

  • Proactively build relationships and communicate effectively with the client to provide superior client service.

  • Actively participate in business development efforts to include working collaboratively with partners and marketing professionals to target and build relationships with client prospects.

  • Manage, train, and develop staff. Participate in the performance review process.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field

  • 10 + years of Accounting Experience and orResearch & Development Credits (R&D)

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance or other

  • CPA or equivlent
