Aspire Bakeries is looking for an experienced Manager, HR to join our team and play a key role in shaping how we attract, develop, and engage talent. In this role, you'll partner with HR leadership to deliver strategic projects and workforce initiatives that support our business objectives and foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with HR leadership to execute strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives that support business objectives while ensuring timely delivery of key deliverables and effective stakeholder engagement
  • Develop comprehensive workforce analytics and reporting including headcount metrics, KPI tracking, engagement data, and executive reviews to provide actionable insights for HR decision-making
  • Oversee talent management processes including tracking high-potential employees, supporting succession planning efforts, and analyzing workforce trends to identify risks and opportunities
  • Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure consistent, welcoming experiences that align with company culture while collaborating with managers and training teams for optimal role readiness
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and external regulations while maintaining accurate employee records and providing support for audit processes as required
  • Design and implement employee engagement strategies including planning HR-led events, coordinating surveys and focus groups, and establishing feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement in workplace culture
  • Maintain and update HR communication platforms and systems while providing operational support for various HR programs and change management initiatives across assigned functional areas



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field, or 5-7 years of progressive experience in human resources, organizational development, or related business functions
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of HR generalist experience with demonstrated knowledge of employment law, compensation and benefits, talent management, and employee relations practices
  • Proven experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration with ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives to completion in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in workforce data analysis, HR metrics reporting, and using HRIS systems to generate insights that support strategic decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships across all organizational levels and facilitate effective change management processes



Salary: $93,000-$115,000

The final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to location, shift, education, skill, and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed In this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. We provide a competitive compensation package that recognizes your experience, credentials, and education alongside a robust benefits program to meet your needs. For union-represented postings, wage rates and ranges are governed by applicable collective bargaining agreements.
