BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ANALYST 3

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Analyst, you will identify new opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue, improve operations, and expand market share for VSolvit. Within this role, you will also be involved in the identification and sourcing of key talent to fill the roles of upcoming opportunities. Clear understanding of the proposal lifecycle and recruiting lifecycle will be required to ensure success in this role.

Some of these include, but are not limited to, adhering to normal working hours, meeting deadlines, following company policies as outlined by the Employee Handbook, communicating regularly with assigned supervisor(s), staying focused on the assigned tasks, and completing other tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Key responsibilities include dual support in business development and recruitment
• Business development responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing competitors and data, working with management on business plans, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams. A solid candidate will need strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills to build relationships and adapt to market changes
• Recruitment responsibilities will include full lifecycle recruitment of potential candidate to fill key positions on upcoming proposals, creating candidate pipelines, writing job descriptions, utilization of an ATS, LCAT mapping, and pricing support

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• 7+ years' experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite applications
• 5+ years' experience with highly organized administrative roles
• Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with a variety of ATS and HRIS'.
• 5+ years' experience with full lifecycle recruiting and on-boarding
• 5+ years' experience with candidate sourcing and interviewing
• 5+ years with capture and proposal support; taking an opportunity through the full life cycle

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in related field
• 10+ years' experience with full lifecycle recruiting and on-boarding
• 10+ years' experience with candidate sourcing and interviewing
• 10+ years with capture and proposal support; taking an opportunity through the full life cycle
• Experience utilizing ADP ATS and HRIS
• Experience utilizing AI sourcing tools
• Experience working with Federal Contractors and agencies
• Experience supporting DoD proposal efforts
• Possession of an Active Secret Security Clearance
