For this role we are offering a salary range of between $73,790-$81,989.

As a Program Director, you will provide leadership and direction for community-based programs including Wraparound, Supported Family Time, Safe Harbor, and a Parent Home Visiting Program. You will manage the overall program operations of these programs and ensure program compliance with applicable laws and service agreements/contracts, meet reporting requirements to funders and be cognizant of adequate funding for opportunities and planning of services. Responsible for facility oversite and assuring required maintenance is completed.


  • Excellent writing skills are necessary as well as the ability to speak publicly to promote the services.
  • Knowledge regarding family systems, mental health, and trauma-informed care is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Knowledge/experience with budgets and financial management preferred.
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel computer programs to execute job duties.
  • Service line knowledge specific to the populations served.
  • Specialized training will be provided for Safe Harbor, Wraparound and Parents as Teachers services.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred - relevant work experience accepted.
  • MSW licensed social worker or Master's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 2 years of experience as a manager or supervisor preferred.
